To begin, we need to gather some information from you.

The document includes:

• A summary of the data extraction process including a list of the files and fields that we can capture.
• Authorization form to give us access to your computer system.
• Billing Summary form for you to choose the pricing plan that meets your needs.

Completed documents should be faxed back to us toll free at 877-606-1106.

Once we have received your completed forms, we will perform a test dial in to verify connectivity and security.

Working with your new DMS provider, we will then schedule your data extraction.

Data extractions are typically performed after close of business hours or over a weekend.  Extractions should be scheduled 1-2 business days in advance of your intended training start date.
